Cancellation Policy

At Mythree Agro Tech Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient order process. Due to the nature of our products—particularly live plants and perishable items—our cancellation policy is strict and designed to protect product quality and minimize wastage.
1. Cancellation by Customer
You may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel an order:
Email us at contact@mythree.net with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Our team will verify if the order is eligible for cancellation and respond accordingly.
Important: Orders for live plants, perishable items, or products marked as “non-cancellable” at the time of purchase cannot be cancelled once placed.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
The following product categories are not eligible for cancellation:
Live Plants (all varieties)
Seeds, Saplings, Organic Inputs
Customized Kits or Bundled Offers
Any product listed as “non-cancellable” in its description
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched, even if the delivery is delayed or the item is still in transit.
In such cases, the sale will be treated as complete, and the order will be subject to our No-Refund and No-Return Policy.
4. Cancellation by Mythree Agro Tech
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
Product out of stock or unavailable
Errors in pricing or product information
Operational limitations or delivery constraints
Payment failure or suspected fraud
If we cancel an order, any amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
5. Refund for Eligible Cancellations
For customer-initiated cancellations (if approved), the refund will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of approval to the original payment method.
